Fresh-Baked Artisan Bread Made From Our Own Stone-Milled Flour

Every loaf we bake starts with flour we mill ourselves, heritage-grain wheat stone-ground in small batches right here on the farm. There are no bread improvers, no dough conditioners, no shelf-life extenders. Just flour, water, salt, and natural leavening. We bake on a fixed weekly schedule in small batches, which means our bread is genuinely fresh and it does sell out. Order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your loaf.

Our Full Fresh-Baked Bread Lineup With Ingredients and Sizes

Cheddar Jalapeno Loaf at $10 per approximately 1.5 lb loaf is our most popular bread, a soft pull-apart loaf loaded with our own farm-made Natural Cheddar and pickled jalapenos. Rustic Italian at $8 per approximately 1.2 lb loaf has an open crumb and crackling crust, best eaten the day it is baked. Whole Wheat at $6 per 1 lb loaf is dense and nutty with no added sugar or oil. Milk Bread at $5 per 1 lb loaf is soft and made with our own A2A2 whole milk. Farm House Baguette at $5 each is long, thin, and crackling. Sandwich White at $5 per 1 lb loaf is a clean everyday loaf. Fresh-Baked Buns at $5.50 per 6-pack are soft enriched rolls.

Ingredients, Allergen Information and Freshness Guide

All breads are made from our own stone-milled flour, filtered water, sea salt, and natural leavain or active dry yeast. The Milk Bread contains our raw A2A2 whole milk and butter. The Cheddar Jalapeno Loaf contains our farm-made Natural Cheddar. All breads contain wheat gluten. No soy, no corn syrup, no artificial preservatives. Store at room temperature in a paper bag or cloth wrap, not plastic. Most loaves are best within 2 days. After day 2, slice and freeze. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to refresh.

How to Order and When to Expect Your Fresh Loaves

Our bake days are every Thursday and Friday. Orders placed by Wednesday noon are guaranteed for that week's bake. Email or call us with the loaves you want and your preferred pickup time. Bread is available for pickup Friday afternoon through Saturday morning while supply lasts. We cannot hold unclaimed orders past Saturday noon. For recurring weekly orders, call us to set up a standing order and we will reserve your loaves automatically each bake week.

We bake every Thursday and Friday. To guarantee your loaf, place your order by Wednesday at noon. Email or call us with your selection and preferred pickup time. Same-day walk-in availability depends on what is left after pre-orders, so we strongly recommend ordering ahead.
We mill our own flour on-farm from heritage wheat varieties including Einkorn, Emmer, Hard Winter White, and Soft White Wheat. Different loaves use different flour blends depending on the desired texture and flavor. All flour is stone-milled in small batches. Nothing bleached, nothing enriched, nothing bromated.
Store at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped in a clean cloth, not plastic, which traps moisture and softens the crust. Most loaves are best within 2 days of baking. After day 2, slice and freeze individual portions. To refresh, wrap in foil and warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Yes. If you want the same loaves reserved for you every bake week, call us to set up a standing order. We will add you to our regular bake list and notify you each week for pickup. Great for families who go through bread quickly.
Yes. The Milk Bread is made using our own raw A2A2 whole milk from our pasture-raised dairy herd. It is what gives the loaf its pillowy texture, slightly rich flavor, and golden crust. This directly connects our bakery to our dairy operation, both made from ingredients produced on this farm.
