Raw A2A2 Dairy and Farm-Fresh Eggs, Pasture-Raised, Soy-Free, GMO-Free

Our dairy is not conventional milk. Every drop comes from cows that graze open pasture year-round, never confined, never fed soy, and never given GMO feed. The result is 100 percent A2A2 cream-line raw milk, rich and full-flavored, the way milk tasted before industrial farming changed everything. A2A2 refers to the beta-casein protein type in the milk. Unlike common A1 milk sold in grocery stores, A2A2 milk contains only the A2 protein, which many people find significantly easier to digest.

Cream-Line Raw Milk, Fresh Cream and Cultured Dairy

Our A2A2 Cream-Line Whole Milk at $8 per half-gallon is our best-selling product. The cream rises naturally to the top. True Heavy Cream at $12 per pint is thick, unskimmed, and ideal for whipping, cooking, or morning coffee. We also carry cultured Buttermilk at $4 per quart, Sour Cream at $8 per pint, and Cream Cheese at $7 per 8 oz, all made from our own raw A2A2 milk. Natural Cheddar at $12 per lb is aged on-farm. Fresh Mozzarella at $13 per lb is made in small batches. Greek Yogurt at $10 per quart is strained thick and plain.

03

Free-Range Chicken, Duck and Quail Eggs, Gathered Fresh Daily

Our Free-Range Chicken Eggs at $4.75 per dozen are gathered fresh daily with deep orange yolks and firm whites from hens that roam freely. Duck Eggs at $12.50 per dozen are richer and larger than chicken eggs, with a higher yolk-to-white ratio that makes them exceptional for baking, pasta dough, and custards. Quail Eggs at $5 per 18-count are a gourmet specialty, delicate and beautiful, perfect for salads, appetizers, or pickling.

Why Raw A2A2 Milk Is Different and Why It Matters

Pasteurization destroys beneficial enzymes, good bacteria, and heat-sensitive vitamins naturally present in fresh milk. Raw milk retains these qualities. A2A2 specifically means our cows carry two copies of the A2 beta-casein gene, producing milk free of the A1 protein variant many researchers associate with digestive discomfort. Our cows eat what cows should eat: grass, pasture, and clean forage. No soy in the feed means no soy in the milk.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A2A2 milk comes from cows that produce only the A2 beta-casein protein, unlike most commercial dairy which contains both A1 and A2 proteins. Many people who experience bloating or discomfort with regular milk find A2A2 much easier to tolerate. Our cows are 100 percent A2A2 tested.
Yes. Pennsylvania permits the sale of raw milk directly from licensed farms. Rural Valley Farms is a licensed raw milk producer. Raw milk is sold for personal consumption and is not pasteurized or homogenized.
Raw milk typically stays fresh for 7 to 10 days when kept cold at 36 to 38 degrees F. Keep it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. If it begins to sour it can still be used in baking, pancakes, or as a starter for cultured dairy.
Yes. Our cows are never fed soy or GMO grain. Their primary diet is open pasture grass and clean non-GMO forage, meaning the milk is naturally free of soy proteins and GMO derivatives.
