Lamb Chops

Bone-in loin chops with a sweet, rich flavour and a tender eye of meat. Quick to grill or pan-sear, they are the everyday way to enjoy grass-fed lamb.

Rack of Lamb

The frenched rack is our showpiece roast — lean, tender and impressive on the table. Carve it into individual cutlets for a special dinner.

Leg of Lamb

A classic bone-in leg — the Sunday roast centrepiece. Slow-roast with garlic and rosemary for a tender, crowd-pleasing joint that carves beautifully.

Lamb Shank

Meaty bone-in shanks built for slow braising until the meat falls off the bone — rich, comforting and perfect for cold-weather cooking.

Buying Lamb from Rural Valley Farms

How is the lamb raised?

Our lamb is grass-fed and pasture-raised, then dry-aged for a deeper, sweeter flavour. No added hormones.

What do Bone-in, Frenched and Boneless mean?

Bone-in keeps the bone for flavour and presentation. Frenched trims the bone clean for an elegant look (a little extra prep). Boneless removes the bone for easy carving and quick cooking.

How does ordering and pickup work?

Build your cut online, add it to your basket and order. We cut it fresh and have it ready for collection at the farm. Shipping is coming soon.

How are prices calculated?

Lamb is priced by the pound. The total updates live as you adjust the portion and prep, so it always reflects the exact cut you've built.
