Pork Chops

How are the pigs raised?

Our pigs are heritage breeds raised on open pasture with no added hormones, for pork with real depth of flavour.

What do Bone-in, Boneless and Thick-cut mean?

Bone-in keeps the bone for flavour and juiciness. Boneless removes it for easy cooking (a little extra prep). Thick-cut gives you a chunkier portion, great for roasting and searing.

How does ordering and pickup work?

Build your cut online, add it to your basket and order. We cut it fresh and have it ready for collection at the farm. Shipping is coming soon.

How are prices calculated?

Pork is priced by the pound. The total updates live as you adjust the thickness and prep, so it always reflects the exact cut you have built.
